Victor Luis

Chief Executive Officer

Victor Luis drives Tapestry’s strategic direction and financial performance in addition to serving on Tapestry’s Board of Directors. Tapestry is a direct result of Mr. Luis’s long-term vision of creating the first New York–based house of modern luxury lifestyle brands. He oversaw Tapestry’s first acquisition—Stuart Weitzman in 2015—and most recently the acquisition of kate spade new york in 2017.

Mr. Luis joined Coach in 2006 as President & CEO, Coach Japan, and rapidly assumed additional leadership responsibilities across Asia and Europe, becoming Chief Commercial Officer in 2013 and then CEO of Coach, Inc. in 2014.

Eraldo Poletto leads the vision for Stuart Weitzman and is responsible for evolving the brand into a global, multi-category footwear and accessories leader.


Ian Bickley

President, Global Business Development & Strategic Alliances

Ian Bickley is responsible for strategic partnerships across the company’s brands, overseeing Tapestry’s global real estate, corporate and license business development as well as leading the company’s multi-brand distribution subsidiaries in international markets.


Michael Braine

Michael Braine is responsible for developing the strategic direction of Tapestry’s technology and systems, implementing the right solutions and resources to deliver great customer and employee experiences across all our brands globally.


Peter Charles

Global Head of Supply Chain

Peter Charles has oversight for Tapestry’s Global Supply Chain and is responsible for product development, production and developing strategies to deliver material and product innovation for all the company’s brands.

Sarah Dunn is responsible for Tapestry’s people and talent strategy, leading all HR functions for Tapestry across all brands and geographies.

Andrea Shaw Resnick leads Tapestry’s investor relations and corporate communications teams, ensuring effective two-way communication between Tapestry and the broader financial community.
